We worked with UNISON to deliver a public brand activation in Westminster for its #WeShowUp campaign, highlighting the contribution of public service workers and calling for greater government investment in the essential services they provide. Centred around a statue unveiling, the activation brought the campaign's message into a prominent public setting, creating a powerful visual statement that recognised the people who care for our communities, support families, respond to emergencies and keep public services running. Taking place ahead of the Budget, the installation provided a timely platform for UNISON's calls for fair pay, properly funded services and greater recognition of the workforce behind them.

The statues formed the centrepiece of the activation, transforming the campaign's message into a tangible experience designed to attract attention and encourage conversation. By bringing the installation into the heart of Westminster, the project connected UNISON's message with the political setting in which decisions about public service funding are made. The result was an impactful piece of experiential design that combined public engagement with a clear campaign message, demonstrating how physical installations can help organisations communicate important issues and extend their reach beyond traditional channels.
