We’ve worked with Pleo at Accountex since 2024, creating a series of modular exhibition stands that reflect the brand’s fresh, forward-thinking approach to financial management. The original exhibition stand combined a practical three open side layout with dedicated reception and demo counters, integrated brochure displays and concealed storage, creating an accessible environment for product demonstrations and conversations with both existing partners and prospective clients.

For later iterations, the modular exhibition system was refreshed with a more relaxed, hospitality-led approach. Warm wood-effect flooring, comfortable lounge seating, planting and a dedicated barista counter gave the exhibition booth the feel of a contemporary coffee shop, creating an inviting space where visitors could spend time with the Pleo team. A raised floor with illuminated LED edging added definition and impact, while clean white walls, bold graphics and integrated messaging kept Pleo’s distinctive brand identity front and centre.
