ScaleOps

For ScaleOps at KubeCon 2025, we created a custom exhibition stand designed to showcase the brand’s technology through live demonstrations and interactive experiences. Bold colours, prominent messaging and a high-level hanging banner gave the stand strong visibility across the exhibition hall, while dedicated demonstration podiums allowed visitors to explore ScaleOps’ solutions first-hand. The bespoke exhibition stand design carefully integrated these interactive elements into the overall layout, creating a cohesive visitor experience that balanced brand impact with practical functionality.

Alongside the live demonstrations, engaging gamification elements encouraged participation and gave visitors another way to connect with the brand. A dedicated meeting area with tables and chairs provided space for more focused conversations, while integrated under-counter storage kept the exhibition stand practical and uncluttered throughout the event. The result was a vibrant, welcoming exhibition environment that brought ScaleOps’ technology to life and encouraged meaningful engagement with visitors.
