We’ve worked with Navan since 2021, developing a distinctive exhibition presence that has continued to evolve across multiple shows and redeployments. These custom exhibition stands combined Navan’s vibrant brand palette with strong architectural features and digital content, including a large circular video banner for high-level visibility and animated wave projections across the main wall surfaces. Product demonstration areas, integrated screens and prominent branding provided practical touchpoints throughout the stands while maintaining the punchy visual identity associated with the brand.

Rather than recreating the exhibition stand for each event, we retained its core structure and introduced considered updates to keep each redeployment feeling fresh. New illuminated slatted and trellis features, reception and wayfinding elements, custom seating, planting and refreshed hospitality areas gave each iteration its own character, while a bar and relaxed meeting spaces supported conversations away from the main demo areas. The result was a series of bespoke exhibition stands designed with longevity in mind, demonstrating how an existing build can be continually adapted and improved without losing the consistency and impact of the original concept.
