For Neat, Audiem and Mako at The Workplace Event 2026 at the NEC Birmingham, we designed and built a multi-functional modular exhibition stand that showcased the brands' shared vision for modern, connected workplaces. A clean, minimalist aesthetic combined with bold overhead branding, integrated AV and premium finishes created a striking presence on the show floor, while allowing the technology and workplace solutions to remain the focal point. Every element of the space was carefully considered to encourage exploration, collaboration and meaningful engagement.

The exhibition stand featured a live podcast booth, seminar-style presentation area, hands-on product demonstration spaces and relaxed networking zones, creating an environment that felt as functional as the workplace settings it represented. Raised flooring with LED edge lighting, natural timber finishes and integrated planting completed the premium look, showing how modular exhibition systems can effectively deliver a welcoming space where visitors could experience the technology first-hand while fostering valuable conversations throughout the event.
