Warner Bros Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter

Created for International Confex 2026 in London, this immersive modular stand concept for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter was designed to capture the magic, mystery and theatricality of the world-famous attraction. Inspired by the iconic Diagon Alley streetscape, the stand centred around a dramatic recreation of Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, complete with a large scale character cut-out, illuminated shopfront detailing and themed display areas that immediately transported visitors into the Wizarding World. Textured brickwork, cobbled flooring and authentic prop styling combined to create a highly memorable brand experience that stood out across the exhibition hall.

Beyond the visual impact, this modular exhibition stand was carefully designed to drive engagement and lead generation. Interactive photo opportunities encouraged visitors to stop and share content, while integrated screens showcased the Studio Tour's wider corporate events offering. Product displays, meeting areas and discreet storage ensured the space remained both functional and professional throughout the show. Built around a modular approach, the concept balanced theatrical storytelling with practical sustainability, creating a reusable exhibition stand that could deliver maximum impact while supporting future event programmes.
